I had really bad SI on Friday, and instead of

Possible trigger:

taking a handful of pills,

I took a Xanax instead and it really helped me not do something stupid. I don’t know. Maybe things aren’t as bad as I think. I’m not sure though. I talked to my therapist about Friday.
