I was really hungry last night around 9, and I probably should have been since I just had a yogurt for dinner and that was at 4PM. So I had some iceberg lettuce with calorie free dressing and that helped my hunger.
So far today I’ve had a bag of Quest chips and a bottle of Coke. I’m going to have a yogurt, a baked potato, some udon noodles, and an egg. About 1,230 calories. Maybe closer to 1,210.
