I’ve lost 10 pounds but gained some muscle so I look like I’ve lost more then 10 pounds and my pants aren’t fitting very good.
So far today I’ve a 130 calorie yogurt, and a thing of soy milk. I’m going to have 3 more yogurts, 2 cookies, some ramen without the broth, a hard boiled egg, and a little thing of black olives. 1,225 calories or so.
