so i had about 1500 cals today of fried chicken and pumpkin pie, 2 of my favorite foods. yesterday was a binge... i probably had 2200. i hadn't had anything with a lot of protein in a few weeks, besides beans. I can tell my body will thank me for eating more. i haven't weighed myself. but if i put on a few pounds, i'll just lose them again. in my experience your weight goes up a little before going down. i haven't exercised today. my body is resting after a rough week, and i think it will thank me.

in fact, i had needed to grocery shop for about two weeks at this point. i've basically been living on frozen veggies (i don't think those even have vitamins), pasta, beans, and rice. also some out of date frozen food the previous person who lived here had left behind (i know). now i have lots of fresh fruit and veggies.
