I understand your concerns, but sometimes it's a lot easier talking to a stranger than friends or family. For example, I tell people on here and in my support groups much more than I tell my real life friends. People here understand where I'm coming from.

You say you've never sought professional help. Does that mean you've never tried meds either? They help me a lot.
