I had a little container of Wholly Guacamole and chips, and a Yoplait Whips key lime yogurt for breakfast. Then I had a 20oz Mountain Dew around 9. I had a chicken apple sausage for lunch. Then a little cup of Rice A Roni about 45 minutes later. I had an iced tea from Starbucks but I didn’t finish it all. For dinner I’m going to have a small piece of turkey loaf. About 1200 calories total.
I haven’t weighed myself in awhile but I took a mirror selfie yesterday and I look a lot better then I did a few weeks ago.
