My anniversary is coming up when I was raped. I'll get anxiety out of nowhere and I'll cry a lot. For a long time, I had no idea what was going on until I put everything together. If I hear noises again I'll jump and feel frightened. Been having a hard time going to sleep or I will sleep for a long period of time. My emotions are all over the place right now and I wish I could get it out of head but I can't.
