180 pounds. Not good. 35 pound weight gain in about a year. I want to lose 40 pounds. With the increase in Geodon, and some other med changes, and situational factors, it’s been rough. I did buy a lot of healthy foods today at the grocery store. A lot of vegetables and stuff I don’t usually eat. So that’s an improvement.
