Hello,

I’m going through a divorce. My wife and I decided to end it this year after working on it for the 16 years we were together. I moved in with my mom who has memory and hearing loss.

Last year my dad died. My sister arrived from out of state and was upset with me for being depressed. We had a confrontation, and she believes I injured her, though mom who was there and I disagree. I’ve tried to talk to my sister, but she hung up on me.

I’m depressed and anxious from family issues. I’ve tried therapy and medications over several years and neither have helped.
