it's been a complete mixed bag today.

started the day by having a panic attack (couldn't find something), had terrible fibro pain while getting ready (so my break from the pain only lasted 1 day)

had a fruit salad for breakfast, had a nice morning watching a drama I wanted to watch on tv, then got angry this afternoon because I got an email with the latest complaint outcome, and I'm not happy

seriously: my team don't deserve the office they work in. they suck.

planning to have chicken for dinner and have a chilled evening
