After much angst, I got the TOC right. I hope. I'm giving the book a final edit, but I think, except for adding the photographer's name (which I can't do until we pick a cover photo) the insides are good to go. My designer friend asked for a deadline, so I said "two weeks." The book should be ready for KDP's review on August 22. It should be ready for purchase a few days after that. I should add that there will probably still be typos in the manuscript. Sorry, readers.
