Hi, new here, and struggling with food...also didn't enjoy my pizza, and didn't enjoy caramel shortbread last night. Was doing well counting cals, and eating more regular meals (rather than fasting and binging). Haven't smoked in 6 days and walked and fasted all day yesterday, then binge ate last night. It shuts down the stress for a minute, but there's 0 comfort in it! 😑 feel crap today. Trying again (lots of water and a light tea this evening) so I can feel better tomorrow 🙏
