I can’t speak for all women, but if I’ve been interested in anyone in the past I’ve initiated a lot of the conversations. It doesn’t sound like she’s very interested, especially if she hasn’t spoken to you for a couple of weeks. It always sucks when you like someone and get blown off like this, but I wouldn’t waste any more time waiting around for her.
