Yeah, i get that too. I wake up depressed and it's hard to get going. It takes several tries to get out of bed. Sometimes i lay around all day. Then at 4:00pm or 5:00pm i start feeling better and am active til midnight. I think it's because the daytime belongs to chores and errands and tasks and i can't face that. But the evening belongs to relaxing and i enjoy that. I just don't have much energy.
