I gained 10 pounds again,slid off the track was eating cakes and chocolate.
Am back onto healthy foods again.I forget that I feel ill when I eat badly ,then I have to get ill to remember,
its a terribly vicious cycle.I should know being diabetic that I can't just have that cake,or chocolate bar,
that it will make me ill but that doesn't register,I have to follow the urge and satisfy the craving.If I carry on like that I
am not only going to gain weight I am going to kill myself.My liver or kidneys will just pack in!So I must get weight,eating sugars under control.
