I’ve actually stopped 2 of mine on my own. I’m not looking forward to my next Pdoc appointment in a couple weeks. I mean, I am doing much better without them. But I do not suggest doing it on your own. I kinda wish I had just lied to my therapist and said I was still taking one of them. But then how would I have explained the sudden drastic change in my moods and anxiety.
