This past week my T told me she read my pdoc's notes on me with my session She told me he thought I was doing so good I didn't need him or her. She said he reccomended my primary prescribes my antidepressant Citalopram
Background. I've been working on my goals of not being so down on myself and stop the tendency to not take what people say too personally..
So I thought of now in the time of COVID this could be the \worst time not to get therapy. for myself. I do feel I'm improving in my outlook but still with COVID being so stressful. What do you think?
