Without knowing too much of the backstory, I feel like you should be the one deciding whether you need them or not. They are working for you, after all. I mean, if you truly feel like you've gained all you need from therapy and psychiatry, then by all means, it may not be necessary to see a therapist or psychiatrist. But if you think you need them, then they should be there for you. I have personally at times thought that I don't need therapy or psychiatry, but my psychiatrist and therapist say the opposite, and reason with me. I haven't ever had it the other way around where they tell me I don't need them. But I would just say to be honest with them, to say that you feel like now may not be the best time to leave treatment with them, and then see what they say.
