Thank you! Today's been much better for me. I got a lot of chores done. And I was able to take care of my cat. My therapist has been responsive and my step-mom chatted with me for a bit. I thought that was nice. Also, I was able to talk to my sister J. She took a break from work and texted me for about 10 minutes. I am very thankful for that. She was very kind.

And I appreciate everyone here for all the support I receive. I have people. It's just that sometimes I get so lonely. I have to start reframing those thoughts.
