I know it doesn't really make sense. But I've been working on this for a couple of years. And no one has been able to help me. One therapist encouraged my avoidance. She always said do what you feel comfortable doing. Now it's to the point where I can't function normally. Does anyone have some books they could suggest?
Claire Weekes- Hope and help for your nerves. I bought this book on Amazon because it had a chapter of being afraid of going out, which I'm going through the same thing.
