My pdoc and I go back and forth about whether or not I have bipolar 1 or SZA. I have had some pretty intense periods of psychosis - sometimes at home, sometimes in public- intrusive thoughts, delusions, hallucinations, overwhelming feelings of "too much", etc. All of these things combine to make an experience not unlike what is shown in the 2nd and 3rd videos in this YouTube video

At least, it was triggering to me. I've had episodes a lot like what are shown here. The paranoia, the intrusive thoughts, the hallucinations, command voices, feeling overwhelmed by my environment...

After seeing this, I'm pretty sure I have schizoaffective Disorder. I still have depression and mania, to be sure. But this video clicked with me.
