I've been so-so. I ate too many carbs over Thanksgiving and the day after and it's made me very tired. It seemed to have a negative effect on my mental health as well, as I felt kind of distant from the world. I'm trying to get back into my normal eating patterns and hoping that will be helpful. Hopefully this will be a bit of a lesson to me so when Christmas comes around I don't overdo the holiday food quite as much.
