Come February 4th, 2019 I will be cigarette free four years. (I never vaped.)

I just want to say...if I did it...you can, too.

If you are vaping nicotine you really have not gotten rid of the problem. Follow the news. The reports are out. Vaping is dangerous, too.

The point is...You can quit smoking AND vaping if you want it badly enough.

The first year is hell. The second year sort of hell. Third year the pain will fade until suddenly...you are free. Forever.

YOU CAN DO IT. No matter how many times you fail...keep trying. That's what worked for me. I just did not give up. And I found my final quit. So can you.
