I found Jonice Webb's books helpful... Running on empty, and Running. On. Empty no more...
Explained issues from another angle❣️❣️

I had to be filled with love before I could grow❣️❣️so letting go anger & frustration also gave me a new view of life❣️❣️

Hello nanaju: I believe this is your first posted thread here on PC. Welcome to Psych Central.

Thanks for sharing your experience with Jonice Webb's work. Dr. Webb has a number of articles in Psych Central's archives. Here are links to 3 of them just in case you haven't already found her articles in the forums:

The Face of Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN)

Childhood Emotional Neglect: The Fatal Flaw

A Healing Worksheet for Childhood Emotional Neglect (Also Useful for Therapists!)

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.
