After a year of messing around in addiction with the lesser evils, it's time to get to work and recover from this addiction.

I need ideas of how to handle the stress, from school to work. I do crochet but I have to study and don't have much time for that.

What do you use for replacement behaviors for your addiction?

I went to the gym tonight for the first time in a long time.
bizi

150mg of lamictal 2x a day
haldol 5mg 2x a day
1mg of cogentin 2x a day
klonipin , 1mg at night,
4-5 peri-colace for chronic constipation


multi vit,, vit c, at noon, tumeric, caffeine at noon
PRN Remeron 15mg at night,
zyprexa10mg under tongue,
requip2mg.

what is your addiction if you dont mind me asking? Do you do 12 step meetings or medication?

It's porn and sex. I do go to 12 step groups
