After a year of messing around in addiction with the lesser evils, it's time to get to work and recover from this addiction.
I need ideas of how to handle the stress, from school to work. I do crochet but I have to study and don't have much time for that. What do you use for replacement behaviors for your addiction? |

I went to the gym tonight for the first time in a long time.

what is your addiction if you dont mind me asking? Do you do 12 step meetings or medication?
