Hi I’m new to the forum
I’ve had a lifetime of anguish due to my fathers drinking and violence I only realised this past year just how much it’s affected my life. So thought I’d seek somewhere like this to share/ talk about my experiences and hear about others who have had the same Graham UK 🇬🇧 |

I’m 41 years old and I grew up in a violent home with an alcoholic father. He quit drinking years ago, but he’s still mean and short tempered. It’s affected me too
