I have been in and out of therapy most of my adult life. I finally found a great psychologist. She has been helping me work through my co-dependency issues. I have made great progress until this Covid-19 issue. Now I’m falling into old habits with my alcoholic roommate. Before the lockdown, I could always go somewhere to escape. But now I’m trapped! My therapist and I have been reviewing my coping skills and I’m spending more time isolated in my bedroom.

Thanks for sharing your struggle. Yes, the current health situation is creating all sorts of problems. Kudos to you for working actively with your therapist to adapt to your difficult circumstances! Best wishes...
