i started a new med yesterday called clonazepam the genic form for klonopin..... my doc said it would kick in within 20 mins after i take it but so far its not helping.. maybe i need to give it time .. i can feel my anxiety rising ... plus going to see t today isnt helping cause im not sure if ill be able to hold my temper....

Hang in there Skittles..... this medicine is just like any other medicine - it may take a few weeks to get its full benefits.

Maybe look into taking some Valerian Root as well.... check with your pharmacy to see if there are any side effects of mixing the two.

Potential side effects include drowsiness, dizziness, blurred vision, headache, and nervousness. It would be advisable to avoid consuming alcohol while you are taking clonazepam. VALERIAN may interact with ALCOHOL
