My trip this past weekend has done good for my anxiety. I feel a lot better and more relaxed because I had a good weekend.

I had a lovely experience today- relating to anxiety
I went to the shop to buy myself some cola and started having a panic attack in the shop. the person behind the till spotted me and what was going on, and stopped what he was doing just long enough- so I could calm down, pull myself together, and get what I needed I left that shop in tears- it's so rare people do that sort of thing, their is so much stigma usually but my anxiety is okay.. not completely none, their is a bit- but not enough to really notice |

I so need to get out of this house, even for a few days. So anxious and depressed here.

I'm not very good today. I feel like I could stay in bed all day and hide under the sheets. I don't want people to see me and I don't want to see people.
Have to go to work though. I find it difficulty sometimes to show empathy on days where I'm not feeling well mentally. I'm glad to have awesome colleagues. It's a pity my contract ends in five weeks. My new job is not going to be that good I fear. |

I have 2 things flipping me out today.
1- my favorite red bracelet is broken, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to fix it 2- I don't have the right type of garlic bread in the house for my pizza, and the shop near me is sold out and I can't eat pizza and garlic bread if I don't have the right type of garlic bread |

Called two contractors to get estimates on house repairs. One estimate is good for a year so that's good.
Anxious about this as I surprised my husband and he wasn't too pleased. |

Yesterday I felt pretty anxious before going to work, but I just reminded myself that everything is going to be okay and everything happens for a reason. If i feel anxious I try to tell myself that everything will be ok.

anxiety is low.
I was able to fix the bracelet and now it's better than before (I'm thrilled!) things causing me anxiety today: financial stuff, and someone who I feel deserves a bit of payback |

I'm ok for today, but I'm dread for tomorrow. There are so many works to do.
I wish my boss would finish one project at a time. It is so tiring to do so many projects at one time. It is also uneffective. He doesn't even remember all the progresses. |

Just got back from the shopping trip with the kids. Traffic was terrible, even for mid-afternoon on a weekday. So many frigging semis! I'm still shaking and I wasn't driving.
It's done, so glad for that. Now to calm down. |

I'm so anxious right now! I tried taking a walk outside. I tried a guided imagery meditation but I can't lie down because of my sciatica. I called friends. I put cold water on my face.
I'm supposedly starting Savella tomorrow but I'm anxious about that too. My therapist is on vacation. I'm doing slow breathing. Helps a little. I'm depressed about my physical health. I wish I could die but I don't want to die. I just want to feel better!! I have too many doctors and they have different opinions! I'm so confused!! And miserable. Can anyone help? Thank you. |

Well, I listened to some music and feel a little better. Now I'm more depressed than anxious. And very tired!

My anxiety wasn’t all that bad. But I took two Ativan, so It must have been worse then I realized. My cat is having surgery tomorrow. I think it’s bothering me more then I’m letting on. I also chugged 10oz Of chocolate cold brew coffee. So who knows. I don’t have work tomorrow. I’m relived but my hours are really not bad. I’m off before noon. I could probably do 7 days a week at these hours, but it’s usually just 3-4 days.
