Hello all,
i have a question regarding today's psychotherapy capabilities in united states. I am 42. I have mental disorders and looking for solutions. Mostly it's about anxiety, panic attack, dizziness, stuff like this. I am employed at middle management level and from outside i have a relatively good life.
Since i was poisoned by unknown poison 20 years ago i am dealing with several mentioned issues and not feeling well. I did all exams and everything is ok. EEG waves are a bit short and sharp. I tried also several alternatives, meditations, bioenergetics, etc.
Since we know for example there are several Ashrams around world for alternative spiritual healings, I have at this point the question: Is there any special center in United States with a clinic for such disorders, which would be concentrated in a short period, so i could attend at my hollidays for example? So called Ashram of conventional medicine''. :-) I mean a center where a person is individually examined and consulted with some kind of a solution?
Would you know about such center, or this kind of center doesn't exist yet in this world?
Today i just discovered such clinics exists in Switzerland, but it costs like 80K per week. (i am not sure if i can link it?)
Thanks in advance for your answers and comments.

Hello Katunga: I don't know of anything such as you describe. Perhaps other members, here on PC, will have some suggestions. In the meantime, though, I noticed this is your first post here on PC. So... welcome to PsychCentral.

One additional forum, here on PC, where you might consider posting with regard to this is the psychotherapy forum. Here's a link:

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.

((((Katunga)))) I'm not aware of any special center of the kind you describe, unfortunately. At least not in the US. I'm afraid therapy is the closest alternative.
