Default Lavender supplements

I go to depression support groups and someone in one of the support groups mentioned lavender supplements for anxiety. She says that it is as effective as a benzo without the addictiveness and other side effects. You can get the supplements on Amazon without a prescription.

I am just wondering if anyone else has tried lavender what your experiences were. I am going to consult my psychiatrist about it before I try it.

I'm guessing since 148 people have viewed this thread and no one has replied that none of you have tried lavender supplements. If I try them, I will let you know how they work for me.
