So this is over all rather stupid really, because it was over a random online interaction...Yet it made me so anxious that I spent an hour feeling sick and shaking. I mean it went better than I expected...yet here I sit. Still shaking. I kinda know...actually I know exactly why that particular interaction made me so anxious and I do feel like it only did so because of those couple specific reasons. That aside coping. Never been good at that. Because it's not as if I have heard 800000 times what the generic coping mechanisms are, so what would you suggest that hasn't already been said over and over.

I have been through the same sick and shaking feeling when I am anxious. I hope you find something that helps. I wish I had a new coping mechanism to suggest.
