My anxiety is through the roof! My doctors recommend CBT as the best treatment for anxiety. I'm not able to find a CBT therapist, though my regular T will try to use what knowledge she has to help me. I was told a group would make me more anxious right now. I agree! Can anyone recommend a CBT workbook for anxiety? Thank you.

Thanks to both of you! 😊 I have that book, revised 20 years ago! It has only 2 chapters on CBT. Maybe it's been revised again since then? Is there a workbook entirely devoted to CBT or maybe those 2 chapters are enough?
