I had an anxiety attack over my in laws coming over. Apparently in the NT world this is a minor inconvenience and its not a major issue. Well I'm sorry if I had a couple of glasses of wine, no one told me until forty minutes what was going on. Of course I cried and panicked because my step mother in law is VERY judgmental and the hostess (yours truly) was not even wearing underwear (I will admit the day drinking was my fault as I was under the impression they would be coming later in the evening....if I didn't read my husbands text..it would have been bad) still the idea people might come over unnannoucened sends me up the wall. Thankfully that wasn't the case but I didn't need my mom saying "I don't want to talk to you!" I called her for advice. I'm upset at everyone right now. Why couldn't my husband have told me last night? I didn't do this for attention. I was SCARED out of my wits. I'm still crying.

((((Foo Fighter)))) I'm so sorry you're struggling. Does your husband know that you feel upset about this? Did he know that you don't like people coming over unannounced? I'd talk to him about this

I did stress that I would like twenty four hours notice. Thankfully they didn't come over because there was a miscommunication (we were supposed to meet thrm, not the other way around). But I really feel uncomfortable with the idea people coming over unannounced or if I have no time to get the house or myself ready. It sets me off. I'm a bit more upset with my mother because that panic attack was legit.
