I have participated in a couple of productions of plays by a local theatre group. People are saying mean things to, and about each other behind the scenes. It’s just upsetting me, and making me not trust people, I feel like they are almost certainly doing the same thing to me, and anyways it’s draining my energy.

Ah, that's really sad. Especially because theater can be so much fun. Ignore those idiots. Just walk away. Find some upbeat production members and hang out with them. Shame on those idiots for spoiling the fun. Imagine an imaginary bubble shield around yourself in your favorite color. Protect your energy. Imagine the bubble is keeping in your positive energy and protecting it. __________________ |

I'm so sorry, annoyedgrunt84. That doesn't sound like an healthy environment. If it bother you that much, perhaps you can try to join another theatre group? Are there any people you like there? If so, I'd stick to them and ignore the others. I'm sorry, I know how it feels to not trust anyone. Sending many hugs to you
