Has anyone experienced these? I just found out that this is what I was dealing with when I was 4-5. I remember when I was about 5 first realizing. that one of these days my mom would die. It got me freaked out for a week or so. I got physically sick because of it. I had several others when I was a kid. I wish I had been more open about my anxiety with my parents. Then maybe I would have gotten some help when I was a kid instead of a teenager.

I also had a crisis when I was a 7 because I didn’t want a belly button and I had another one around that age. It had something to do with my ears. They just bothered me for some reason. Not like they were big or some sort of flaw like that. It was a sensory thing.

My first experience with death was an aunt and I was around 5 yrs old. I was sure that I would wake up one morning and everyone in my house would be dead as well. I was afraid to tell anyone about this fear. It stuck with me for a few years.
