My anxiety was kind of bad today but I felt more annoyed and discouraged at what was going on then anxious about it.

You're not alone I have been having anxiety attacks on a daily basis. I have found a few tips online that helped me a lot. For example, I tried to minimize my caffeine intake to reduce my anxiety and stay more relaxed. Listening to nature sounds when I have anxiety attacks helped me to reduce stress as well. I also like watching the Anxiety guy on youtube helps me a lot as well.

I have an upset stomach since the afternoon and I was having anxiety. The anxiety has went away, but I still feel the upset stomach.

I had a little bit today but just barely. I counted my Xanax and I have 173. Way, way more then I thought. I was expecting to have about 90 from the way the bottle looked. I can get it refilled in 2 days and then I’ll have 231. So I may not have as big a problem as I think I do.

I have some anxiety today. Mostly about work tomorrow. Work was tough on Friday and this new coworker is also stressing me out. At least I’m going directly to therapy after I get off.

I have felt anxious today and feeling like that now that I thought I was going to have an anxiety attack. I went to the library earlier, but the weather was hot.

yesterday was a good day anxiety wise- which has made a change from the past few days

My anxiety is kind of bad right now most likely due to PMS. This exact thing happened last night and I ended up taking my night meds too early which resulted in me falling asleep too fast which resulted in a sleep episode and now I have a ****ed up knee that at the moment is killing me. So I’d rather not take my night meds early again.

I got anxious today because I accidentally mixed up the time my therapist was coming. Things worked out and I still got to see him. Other than that I did okay today.

I was pretty anxious today. But I was mostly upset about stuff that happened at work and I wasn’t handling my anxiety well due to severe PMDD. I took 2 Xanax and they did nothing so yeah definitely bad PMS. Since Xanax usually works like magic. Currently though I can’t tell if my anxiety is through the roof or if I just ate too many hazelnut M&M’s and drank too much shokata Fanta. Bad stomach aches can often mask itself as severe anxiety.

My anxiety wasn’t terrible today. I just needed to take one Xanax today. I did need to take my night meds at 4:15. So I guess it was kind of bad.

I was very talkative today, almost to the point of seeming manic. I think it was driven from my anxiety but I'm not certain. Otherwise I felt okay.

My anxiety was really bad today. I’ve taken 2 Xanax. The second one was with food and a lot of water and it still didn’t work.

Anxiety was manageable today. It was worst in the evening when I got a bit of nervous energy. I went for a walk and it helped.

A bit worried that I haven't heard from my doctor office about my refill for Prozac. It is likely I would have to go, but i'm going to call first tomorrow.

I had a little bit of anxiety but I also knew I really was not feeling good because of my sleep disorder and leaving work early was not related to my anxiety. So what I was feeling was mostly physical today.

woke up with bad morning anxiety and panic. didn't sleep too well. just took OTC sleep aids and melatonin. took a klonopin to calm me down this morning, but got too sedated and didn't want to sleep the afternoon away. decided to have some coffee. nerves seem ok for now. just watching a movie. it's that kind of a day.

I am nervous about going into work tomorrow after the incident yesterday. But my coworker texted me last night and apparently everyone was very concerned about me. So I don’t think I’ll get into too much trouble. I did take a Xanax half an hour ago and then ate some soup and it really helped lower my anxiety. So I’m feeling better now.

I had this weird anxiety when I left work where I felt like I was missing something. Like I forgot something. This type of anxiety happened once before and it turned into completely different anxiety and I ended up having a huge panic attack half an hour later. This time I also got a lot of anxiety a couple hours later and I just now took a Xanax because I felt like I was going to have a heart attack. I don’t get what thinking I forgot something has to do with anxiety though. I knew I didn’t lose or forget anything.
