I went out early this morning and was barely nervous. I forget my anxiety medication later in the day and felt restless. I took it late and then felt fine.

I'm having a test tomorrow. Only 1000 people selected from thousands of applicants. I'm scared to fail. It makes me anxious and panic attack. Wish me luck.

I did the test. I did a few minor mistakes. I don't know if I can make it, but I hope for the best....
There are a month before the anouncement and interview session (if I passed). All I can do now is hope.

I still get the panic attack up until now. I can't breathe normally.

Still anxious. The test result should have made me happy. But I can't. I'm still scared

I feel like my Xanax is starting to mess with my memory and doing some other cognitive things but I also feel like I’m too dependent on the Xanax and I’m nervous about talking to my therapist who has my doctor on speed dial about it because I don’t want to be taken off it and then put on something that will cause a massive weight gain. So I’ve just been dealing with these symptoms myself but there getting kinda frustrating.

I took a Xanax at 5:05 this morning so I didn’t have a ton of anxiety today.

@Turtle_Rider I hope you did alright.

@Mountaindewed You should talk to your doctor about that.

I was anxious this morning but felt okay later in the day.

Thank you @88Butterfly88, hope you do alright too.

Had a nightmare last night. I dreamed the test result gone wrong and my application was rejected. At least, it was just a nightmare.... I hope.

Forcing myself to stay as calm as possible... it’s working for now but my kids aren’t up yet 😣 they get my anxiety going faster than anything lol. Thank God for my meds and healthy coping skills (that mostly work)!
Please just pray for me to get through the day without a meltdown and/or taking my issues out on my sweet babies 🥺. Sorry I guess I vented again lol 🙄

I'd be happy to pray for you.

Anxiety was so-so today.

I know it’s a really long time away but I’m really nervous about my vacation in July. I’m nervous about flying and stuff. I have until May to cancel but I don’t know if I want to do that. I know it’s pointless worrying now though.

I can’t tell if I’m having really bad anxiety or if I have a blood clot or something. I’ve taken 2 Xanax and they are not working but I also have all this mucus in my throat and pain in my leg and stuff. My mom says I’m just getting a cold which is what I was thinking of earlier.

Today I haven't had any anxiety which is a total relief. I'm so relieved about this. This makes me happy!

I’m doing a lot of worrying today. I also didn’t want to leave my house besides going to work because I felt like I was going to collapse in Walmart yesterday. But that was at 1PM yesterday afternoon so if I go out tomorrow between 8-10Aam I shouldn’t be too tired.

My anxiety is so high today. The side of the can of my seltzer water said “warning drinking may cause happiness” and I’ve been so jumpy today at first I just saw the “warning drinking may cause.” part and thought it was something I shouldn’t be drinking. I’ve been really concerned about med interactions lately.

Lots of anxiety about how every interaction with my son now is going to a series of friction that will trigger me to go reeling into obsessive anxiety. Yikes! Anxiety over expected anxiety!

Breaking cycles of fear and violence for myself. Working on exposing myself to new challenges. Working through severe anxiety. Learning to distinguish falsity from my own truth and learning to share in healing processes, both in my own time and in conjunction with others.

I had bad anxiety around 5 this morning. I took a Xanax and made it to work. I feel fine now.

I have been extremely anxious since returning from my trip out West. That was 3 weeks ago. I have been doing everything I can (both good and bad) to deal with it. I can run but I can't escape.....
Curses you %$* >&#ed anxiety!
