I haven't needed to use this thread for awhile now...now I remember how awful this anxiety b**ch is!

kinda suffering an anxious to sad to better and repeat episode as of late. :/

Today I am calmer. I tried to check a little of the news but got too anxious. So I had to stop. I'll do some cooking to distract myself and then I'll read to relax. Hugs to all!

Just the usual bad anxiety, zero period crap I’ve been dealing with for weeks. I’ve been spacing my Xanax and visteral unlike yesterday though. It’s almost 5 and I’ve only had one Xanax and my visteral.

I was feeling more ease that I was going to do telepsychiatry via computer, but my parents want me to go tomorrow instead. I'm anxious now

Starting to worry myself sick about coronavirus, and the potential for the loss of work in the immediate future. I can't afford to take time off! Worrying myself nauseous.

Not as much as these past 6 weeks, since I got my period last night, and I also have my compression shirt on but yeah for sure the anxiety is still looming as it should be.

I'm worried about switching and taking Venlafaxine. My psychiatrist says I have a lot of anxiety, but after reading some reviews about Effexor i'm contemplating.

I meditated but still feel anxious. Im worried about if I will have to cut hours at work. There was earthquakes where my extended family lives. And I have an assignment due tonight.

I see my t in 1.5 hours. I hope it helps. I need something to help!!

I have a discussion post that I haven't even started... and work stress... and then T didn't help

And my anxiety meds are not working, I need to get this straightened out.

I have soo much to do then add this stupid virus panic, leads to so much and my thoughts have not been where I Want them to be.
