I just came back from my college class. I wanted to leave my class because when I went to seat down, it made me feel unease and about to panic. I'm a bit scared of heights since my class it's on the second floor. I managed to stay in the class. Other than that, it's my birthday today.

I had a 20oz Mountain Dew at 9:30 this morning. Despite my name I haven’t had Mountain Dew in months. It caused a lot of anxiety, but it’s going away now.

my anxiety was bad today. I’m having trouble eating because my stomach is in knots and feels like it’s on fire at the same time. I took two Xanax at once. So I’m starting to feel better. I’m still not hungry though. So I have the anxiety about why I’m not hungry. I’m worried something’s wrong. I’ve lost almost 2.5 pounds since yesterday.

Frequent panic attacks over the last several days. It’s disconcerting and frustrating.

My anxiety wasn’t that bad today. I think because I was able to leave the house after being inside all week because of the bad weather.
I did briefly freak out because I thought I was taking too many Xanax. But then I realized I get 60 a month. And I’ve only taken 26, and I can get it refilled in about 10 days, and I usually just take one a day. So I really haven’t been taking much of it at all. __________________ Ridin' with Biden |

My anxiety wasn’t too bad today. I actually haven’t taken any Xanax yet and it’s late afternoon. I’m going to try to go without one today.

I'm sort of stress because of homework. I have class on Monday, but I have found a shortcut to take to the second floor to my class.

I tried skipping my Xanax from Friday afternoon until Monday morning. Just to prove to myself I could go off it if I needed to. Saturday morning I did ok. Saturday night was bad. I was having diarrhea and loss of appetite and just bad health anxiety. This morning my anxiety was through the roof I couldn’t think straight I ended up taking my prescribed two around 2:30 and 3:30 this afternoon. And of course I feel much better and I’m able to eat regularly and my stomach feels better. Xanax is bad news though.

My doctor wrote my prescription incorrectly so I have to get a new prescription. I'm anxious I'll run out of meds.

slightly worried that a guy I was speaking to yesterday may have taken his life, I'll never know (it's not someone I know)
but left the chat without meaning too and he'd gone when I'd returned |

I have money issues that I haven’t had in a couple years. I’m trying to figure out some things with SSDI and in the meantime I’m not sure if I’ll owe them back the money they have paid me. So that’s all in the savings. I have a phone call with them in 1.5 weeks and then I’ll have the all my questions answered. My work checks haven’t been enough since I can’t work over a certain amount of hours because of SS. Plus last week my hours were bad because of the weather. So money has just been very tight for me. So I have a lot of anxiety because of that.

I have to be grateful that my anxiety, though still present, isn't as profound or intense as it was say a year ago. The anxiety/panic levels have slowly come down due to meds, mental processing & mother nature I guess. Went for a two and a half hour walk today and it went well by my standards. Didn't feel so paranoid and let me tell you, it's a relief.

Medication it’s not going away. That I “need” it but my body will not tolerate it. It’s not going away

I have a ton of anxiety among other things. I figured out I’m dealing with PMDD. It’s going to be a rough 1.5 weeks. And that’s if I even get my period on time or at all. I haven’t gotten it before on my birth control.
