I’m doing ok today. I’ve gone longer then I normally do without any anxiety medication and I took my morning meds at 4:45. I did a lot of exercise around 9:30 and I guess the experts aren’t just BSing around when they say it helps with anxiety and moods.

no anxiety today.

yesterday (another day without chicken nuggets), it kind of got to me and I emailed mcdonalds to ask when they were going to re-open my local store (It actually sounded in the email a bit obsessive, but I did it)

not that it's going to help them open faster, but it helps me knowing that they have at least 1 loyal customer

the fact it is closed is such a huge deal to me

Muscles are tight from anxiety and inactivity.... Well there has been some but not enough. Anxiety is a about medium level.

I went until 2:30 this afternoon without taking any anxiety meds. Once I realized that I had gone that long, I needed something. Further proof I have issues with medication. I took my visteral and one Xanax about an hour later. I’m thinking of taking another Xanax, just because.

Thanks for responding back. I left a message to my psychiatrist about it because yesterday I took it and it made me drowsy. I also prefer 25 mg, I have to called her tomorrow and hopefully she would give me a lower dose. It wouldn't be a problem if it was in tablets because I could split it in half, but they are capsules.

My anxiety wasn’t bad today. I felt better once I found out my aunts boyfriend is still going to work and is still seeing her, and my uncles girlfriends daughter is still living at his house and is also still working at Target. If none of them are sick then I shouldn’t be freaking out quite so badly since I’m self quarantining way way more then they are.

I'm very anxious today. The news has me upset. I'm worried about so many things. I'm afraid of running out of food. I'm afraid my family will never check on me. I live alone. Everyone else has somebody.

I was okay, but now I feel worried because I have to go to Walmart to pick up my meds. This walmart is a smaller one, but I still feel anxious to go because my dad wants me to pick it up.

I have this sore throat that comes and goes. I know it’s anxiety since it’s not all the time. Or possibly allergies. But it’s still got me freaking every time it happens.

I was very anxious when I first woke up. But I'm starting to feel a little better. I'll try to stay busy today. Maybe work in some relaxing activities.

I don’t feel well today. My anxiety is impacting my sleep badly. I don’t do well without sleep. My anxiety is high right now.

I'm at a 5 right now, which is down from about 8/10 yesterday. I saw my therapist online a couple of hours ago, and we went through some techniques I can use to look at this virus situation logically without allowing my mind to think only about the worst case scenarios. It helped. I think the best thing I can do for myself is stay off the news, which is hard because I compulsively check it dozens of times per day.

My sore throat kinda sucks right now. I was outside a lot today and we’ve had the windows open all day. I’m trying not to panic.

I know I haven’t been 100% careful but I’ve still been quarantining 95% of the time and always social distancing. If you can catch it from one plastic bottle the human race is ****ed and the government is really really downplaying this.
