I had a lot of anxiety related to caffeine today. After a couple Xanax and a visteral I feel ok now.

Anxiety is okay, feel quite armored and tense though. Jaw-clenching, etc.

I feel a little anxious this morning. Just haven't been sleeping well. Today I get Melatonin. I'll see if that helps with my sleep.

Just feeling a bit tense in my shoulder area. My psychiatrist has only given me ten klonopin because she wants me to take Vistaril. I'm taking Vistaril 25mg, but it works not that much. I guess that's why she prescribed me 50 mg instead.

I have a little anxiety today. I slept better. I think that helps. The news is bothersome. I think I will cut back on that.

Anxiety is not so active today but for the past week, it made feel like I was going to die. I had chest tightness and lasted for 5 days. I assume that's normal for someone who is experiencing anxiety attack.

I had a little anxiety this morning. So I got up and started working on chores. Keeping busy helps me. I also took a nap. Resting calmly before falling asleep is soothing. I think of things I'm grateful for.

I didn’t have much anxiety anxiety until about 6 or so. Now I’d say it’s pretty high up there.

A bit anxious because i'm going to do my final exam online later tonight. I'm worried because I have 69.87% grade and I need 70% to pass the class. My professor doesn't round the final grade, but other professors would round the grade since i need less than a point.
