Anxiety wasn't too bad today. I got my prescription filled in time too.

After 3 days of raging waves of mulitple panic attacks, I received my first dose of Ativan today. Now, I feel nothing. Nothing at all. Nothing bad, good, or indifferent.

yesterday afternoon (late afternoon early evening), the building next door to mine went up in flames, so currently their's a lot of smoke in the air

windows are closed just in case. don't want the fire getting here

hopefully the firemen will sort it and soon I can have the windows open again

After my experiences with panic attacks this week, I'm afraid that anything I do will cause them to come back. Logic says this is irrational. Reason says **** logic.

I have bad health anxiety and it is acting up today. This time I feel like I have a right to be concerned since I am actually sick. I have a couple infections loss of appetite, stomach pains. I just feel like crap. I’m worried I have leukemia even though it’s just a reaction to the antibiotics, and just general cold symptoms.

another day, another anxiety.

I always thought once I got a job, my anxiety would stop. It won't. Once I conquered one, another one will show up. It'll never end....

I can’t really tell if what I’m feeling is anxiety or not. I know I’m really anxious about the tax return situation. But it’s out of my hands and I’m just trying to relax until my Uncle can get them done for me. Besides that I can’t really tell what else is anxiety. I can’t hear much. And a lot of my anxiety is me thinking people are talking about me. And mishearing conversations. So if I can’t actually hear much of any type of conversations then it’s kind of like problem solved. Ya know?

I finally told that woman how she made me feel (I saw her this afternoon)

not sure how she took it really, sounded quite difensive. we'll just have to see

I feel bad though, she's trying to help me and I'm saying she makes me anxious

My anxiety is bad because of my money situation. I have a phone call with SS on Friday. I’m hoping to get my taxes done this weekend. I just have to wait and see.

I just keep getting hit with all these financial things. I hope things work out for me eventually. I just found out that because it’s the first time I’m having it filled this year and because I have to meet my deductible, one of my medications is going to cost me $164.

My financial situation is secured. It’s in much better shape then I was expdcfibut my anxiety is now high because I get my period on Monday. I want to take a second Xanax but I really am trying to only take one a day. I don’t want to get below 70. I think I have about 104 left and I can get it refilled on the 10th of March.

I had some stress and anxiety this morning. But everyone around me did and was voicing their concerns. So it wasn’t just me. This afternoon and tonight I’ve been fine.

My anxiety has been a lot better today. It was really bad for awhile, I'm hoping cutting back from caffeine helps. I love the rush of energy I get from it but I need to slow down, I practically live on coffee

had some weird sensations in my torso, chest and neck area. Also had panic attack. not a real good evening
