I'm feeling mostly calm this morning. I have plans to sit at the gazebo today and get fresh air. That always soothes me.

Today I talked to my therapist after two months. I hope the increased in dosage would work more, I have to wait for a few more weeks.

I think I have a different generic of Xanax. Lately whenever I take one it seems to make me feel really spacey and out of it and I feel high. Before they didn’t do that.

And the neighbors are playing Pink Floyd’s Comfortably Numb right now.

I started to get anxious about hearing my neighbors TV all night. But then I put my noise canceling headphones on and I'm doing better.

6 out of 10. I am indecisive and mily confused. See little reason to go outside least of all to get out of my bed or pajamas. Not worth listening to radio with the nature of news currently.

I wake up earlier because I thought I was going to get anxious and get an anxiety attack, when I didn't. I took half of klonopin.

I do feel much better today after a single Xanax instead of the 3 that I’ve been taking. Maybe less is more.

I'm struggling to get a full night sleep in my new studio apartment. I know it's normal to go through an adjustment period. But still, it's frustrating that a week in, and I still can't sleep until around 4 or 5 a.m. despite being exhausted by 11 p.m.

I had to rush out this morning with no Xanax or Visteral. I did alright though and I didn’t take a Xanax until a few minutes ago.

I can't rely on Xanax or any benzodiazepines. I have to use techniques from CBT and DBT. One thing I found helpful lately is that I will grab a coloring book and my bag of colored pencils, or I will get out my thumb piano and tinker with that. Both are great distractions for me when I feel anxious. Helps me refocus.

I haven't takeN a klonopin since the weekend and it has been hard today. I only have 7 left and my psych doesn't want to prescribe it no more. I forgot to tell my therapist about this.

You should try CBD or edibles if you have access to either. Can your doctor help you get qualified for medical marijuana so you can smoke or eat it for anxiety? My state there's strict criteria and a long waiting list for it. I'm debating applying for myself.
