I had very little anxiety today. I tried to relax most of the day. Unfortunately, I've felt sad today with some ups.

I have had very little anxiety for the past few days
that is because I have not done nothing, litirally my whole life just feels like one big mistake at the moment |

I feel sort of calm this morning. I had some anxiety earlier, but I went back to bed and slept a little longer. I am hopeful for a good day.

Low anxiety. I’m dealing with some problems with my psych not giving me instructions on how to switch meds. I went to the walk in that I used to go and the Physician assistant didn’t want to give me a klonopin refill. My mom is telling me they don’t want to give you no more. I have been having crying spells I haven’t cried since my last job, where I was having problems and they were making my life miserable.

I’m trying to get out of the house for a bit and I’m getting a lot of anxiety about it. I know I’ll have a mask and I’ll be 6 feet away from people. I just honestly don’t feel good about it. But staying inside my house when my state is doing very very well isn’t helping either.

I've had no anxiety today. I was a little stressed this morning, but it was too bad and it didn't last long. Most of my day has gone well.

I took 3 Xanax, and doubled up on my visteral which I don’t usually do. I’m only on 25 milligrams so doubling up isn’t a huge deal most people are on 50 anyways. My anxiety was out of control today. I am sure it’s PMS even if I don’t get a period.

I think what I was feeling today was just a feeling of dread and unease and general PMDD symptoms. I only took one Xanax and one visteral unlike yesterday where I took as much as I possibly could without ending up in the ER and then involuntarily hospitalized.

My insurance company wants to talk to me. My mom says it’s nothing and they probably just want to sell me something. You’d think at this time insurance company’s would be a bit understanding.

This anxiety really sucks today. I’m about to go take 2 Xanax at one time. And I’ve already had one plus my visteral. All of which have done nothing to help.

Not good. Had to take some Ativan. My hands are shaking so much is hard to type. I am a writer and had to stop editing my work right now. I don't know wny the anxiety is so high. I hate it.

I’ve taken 2 Xanax and a visteral. I can take one more Xanax. I suppose I can take another visteral. I have a few extras since I refilled it early. My anxiety is absolutely out of control today due to my own fault.
