Zoloft, walking and yoga helps me with my anxiety (I also take Xanax and Bupropion--the Bupropion is at a very low dose because too much of it makes my anxiety worse but it also helps with my depression). So does not overextending myself.

Going back down on my lamictal has helped a ton with my anxiety. This is the best I’ve felt in a week. That was some scary anxiety though.

I was at a funeral today. The family, besides my sister and brother in law, I barely knew. Or didn’t know at all. It was awkward. I didn’t know if I was doing or saying the right things. I was just uncomfortable. I also didn’t have any Xanax on me and we were gone for 10 hours. I felt like an addict the way I was searching for one in the car.

Most of the people grieving will just be appreciative that you cared enough to attend. Funerals are sad and awkward. It was kind of you to go.

My anxiety is bad today but it seems to be more than just anxiety. I’m kind of at a loss. I see my therapist tomorrow. I’m not sure what I need or even what I want. I think losing weight and getting back to where I was in February would help. Listening to Lukas Graham’s “7 years” helps too.

I cut out carbs and sugar. This is my second day doing this and I’ve noticed a difference in my anxiety and my general mood overall. I know they say diet is a big part of your mental health. My stomach feels like **** though. But it’s not causing anxiety.

@Mountaindewed

Are you ok? Are you in pain?

I am so used to some thoughts in my head that I don't recognize them as anxiety. My apartment complex has new owners, and I am concerned about the changes they will make.

So, to help me, I am looking for a part-time job online I can do from my home.

@HappyCrafter I’m feeling better now. I’m on this diet that I think may be messing with me a little bit. Then I just have all this stress about the cat and work.

Took ativan cuz I'm freaking out. My mom says I should quit smoking and those are the only things that help. I'm not buying more so I'm scared.

I'm anxious about my new job as well.

I was mildly anxious today but am living in fear now and bouncing off the walls, basically... hopefully, I can calm down.

I had some early morning anxiety. Then I felt pretty good until about 9:30. Then I felt really anxious until 12:30 or so. 12:30 until about 4 were ok. Now I just feel kind of blah. Not quite anxious but not quite not anxious either.
