I was kind of anxious this morning. I have a toothache right now but it’s been coming and going for weeks. So it’s probably nothing to worry about.

I stayed in the car while my mom went into Walmart. I’m not sure if I took control of the anxiety or let the anxiety control me. I mean there wasn’t really any point of me going in there anyways. My mom was just picking up a prescription and I didn’t need anything. I think I saw a coworker go in there but I’m not 100% sure because I was looking at my phone and just caught a glimpse of her.

No anxiety at all for a while. Things have been going much smoother for me of late, and I feel like my life is starting to go in the right direction for the first time in years. Enjoying the silence in my head.

My anxiety has been way down since cutting out carbs and sugar. The doctors who say watch what you eat and you will feel better mentally do know what they are talking about. None of the med changes worked. Eating healthy does.

Did you cut out carbs entirely? I think that would be hard to do.

No, I eat about 50 carbs a day. Most of my carbs come from a Quest cookie or bar, then a 100 calorie bag of nuts, and a couple servings of berries. Then the rest of my day is just meats, cheese, eggs, and bacon.

My anxiety went down when I cancelled one of my nerve-wracking appointments today but before then was very intense. The anxiety will come again come next Monday.

I had some anxiety at work right when I started but I took control of the situation and spoke with a manager about my concerns and resolved it.

have an appt. I'm anxious for, I hate crowded places, crowds, the like, I dislike when people get in the way of things. am a bit irritated today as well
