No more cursing anxiety today. I was very tired yesterday which caused the feeling to crescendo. After a good sleep last night, I am feeling much better.

I took a Xanax at 5AM yesterday and then didn’t take one until now. My anxiety is kind of bad. It’s not good for me to go this long without taking one.

Difficult to determine what exactly causes me anxiety. I guess it is not only one thing. Really struggling with keeping my worries in proportion to the problem. Reading the same thing over and over again doesn't help much without time to process.

Edit * please ignore exactly from cause of anxiety - working on myself as a whole or entire self being, which is near impossible to determine exactly but knowing as prescribed helps too

Well, I am too relaxed today to curse but that anxiety was damaging, the scleritis that I had once before when extremetly stressed (I am not really stressed with what is happening in my life the way I was last time)--came back.

Scleritis is a severe, destructive, vision-threatening inflammation involving the deep episclera and sclera.

It is in my right eye only, just like last time. Will go to the VA clinic Monday if it doesn't calm down by then. My eye hurts to move and touch. Thinking back, I thought my eye was sore because of lack of sleep.

My anxiety has sucked today. 3 Xanax and still no relief.

I’ve been skipping doses of of my topamax for a couple weeks to jump start the loss of hunger side effect. I think that might me part of my problem. I was having a lot of mood issues today and I had skipped my morning dose of topamax but I took my night one half an hour ago and this is the best I’ve felt all day. My doctor did say it would help with my moods. I shouldn’t be messing with my meds on my own and then wondering why I feel like ****.

Feeling better now. Anxiety stopped reeling. I have one month until a dreaded event I’ve had intense anxiety over for many months. I’m setting a goal for myself to get through this month with no more panic attacks over this. It’s a situation that gives me much pain but there’s nothing I can do to fix it.

Hi. Haven't been on this thread before. My anxiety has been really bad since May of this year and there was something going on that caused it. It got somewhat better for awhile with taking some meds. But yesterday it was through the roof again.

I worry about everything or ruminate about everything! The thoughts and anxiety were terrible yesterday and they started again today. Venting this is helping some.

Thinking of trying youtube videos for meditation. I don't know if they will help. OMG

I am concerned that a close friend of mine may have lost her job at the place where she is a careworker.

I won't go in to too much details (at least not in this anxiety thread), but: basically her story about how she suddenly lost the ability to take people out and to care for people just like that doesn't add up.

I'm probably reading too much in to this but it does sound suspicious to me

I can’t tell if I’m dealing with anxiety or what. I think it’s this sleep disorder I’m dealing with but I can only stand up for a couple minutes at a time before I get super light headed and I need to sit down. I took a Xanax and it helped me stop thinking I was going to die but it didn’t help with any of the actual physical symptoms I’m having. So I don’t know what’s going on.

It was long week. I took my cat to the vet this past Monday even though I was so anxious and didn't want to go. I am now glad that I took my cat despite anxiety because she had an infection, but I cheated because I took a Klonopin prior going. I'm already thinking about next week because I need a refill for my SSRI, but I don't know if I should go to the new primary doctor because they would probably won't give me a refill for my meds on the first visit.

I’m feeling a lot better physically today. The anxiety is still kind of there but overall I’m feeling better. I see my therapist tomorrow and I will be discussing things with her. I can also get a refill on my Xanax tomorrow and the bottle I currently have is pretty full. So again I’m not taking much of it.

I felt more annoyed today then anxious. I was getting restless at work and just wanted to leave half an hour early but I knew I couldn’t so I just dealt with it.

I made an appointment with a new primary doctor on Wednesday and I saw some reviews and they were not good. I'm worried they won't give a refill. Other than that, i'm just having neck pain

They quit prescribing benzos where I go for mental health treatment. It's been years I had to withdraw from them. Now I am taking propranolol. At first I was taking just one a day but I am allowed to take more and sometimes now I do. I feel a lot better. Relaxed, feels good to not be tormented like I was.

I see a lot here have it real bad and I feel for you. I know anxiety makes life hell.

I went to the pharmacy today. I was a bit anxious while I was there but I managed okay. I was okay the rest of the day.

I avoided a cafe the other day because there were "too many people", that was what I said to myself. I hope I can visit it for real this time.
