My anxiety wasn’t bad until 10 minutes ago or so. Then I had this deep feeling of anxiety mixed with dread because I’m going back to work tomorrow. that kind of anxiety I feel in my throat and the only thing that gets rid of that particular kind is Xanax.

My anxiety is terrible today. I have taken to drinking Sleepytime Extra tea during the day to help calm it, as I am not permitted to see a doctor regarding this, but I haven't noticed it helping yet. I will probably have another "two bag" cup after a hot shower while I cook dinner. (My husband comes home in an hour and twenty minutes and I have to have dinner ready for him)

I thought I was having anxiety this afternoon but I started a medication yesterday and I think it’s making me lightheaded and dizzy and those symptoms are causing anxiety. But yeah I think it’s the medication instead of my anxiety just getting bad.

This is for sure the side effects from meds that I’m feeling. It’s a very particular type of nausea that I can tell is real. I didn’t have much real anxiety today.

I'm feeling lots of anxiety about going to sleep. I really don't want to have nightmares tonight.

I had some real bad hypothetical anxiety about 40 minutes ago. I took a Xanax and now I feel emotionless.

My anxiety was bad, then it was fine, then it was bad again and now it’s fine. Weird.

My anxiety wasn’t bad until an hour or so ago. I skipped my visteral today but do I want to be slightly anxious or completely ravenous tonight.

My anxiety isn’t bad today. I’ve had 4 caffeinated sodas today too. I haven’t taken any Xanax but I took my visteral around 11:30. The visteral is long lasting and is good for my moods as well. I use the Xanax for sudden severe bursts of anxiety and I have had none of those today.

My anxiety has been medium all day today because I'm worried about finding a full-time job now that grad school in spring is no longer an option unless I apply to a new grad program at another university.

My anxiety has been bad today. I had a big coffee. I’m also still sick so I don’t think it’s 100% anxiety. Most of it is though.

@Mountaindewed big coffee is probably only good if its decaf. I stick to decaf or my anxiety lasts for about 6 hours due to the caffeine craziness. Sorry to hear you are sick.

Thanks for this!
